They work well, though they weren't the easiest set I've ever had to install, it went very smoothly. Definitely appreciated the indexed caliper release when my wheel got a little bent up from a small accident. Also, they look pretty good.

Big increase in braking power, September 27, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: SRAM Rival Road Bike Brake Caliper Set (Black) (Sports) These SRAM Rivals really provided a significant increase in braking power over the Tektros that my bike shipped with. With the OEM brakes, I had to apply the brakes in pulses to avoid an unpleasant squeaking and quick fade in braking power. That disappeared the minute I installed these. I'd highly recommend swapping this for OEM brakes.

I've been extremely pleased with there performace so far. I've put at least 300 miles on them since installation and I haven't made any adjustments to them yet. Installation was a breeze with the included instructions. I feel they were good value for what I paid for them also.
